Overview of the Danieli-Henschel machine series

Tradition trifft Innovation: Vom Kasseler Maschinenbaupionier zum globalen Technologieführer in der Metallrecyclingtechnik. Die Ursprünge von Danieli Henschel reichen bis ins Jahr 1810 zurück, als das Unternehmen in Kassel gegründet wurde.

Nach Übernahmen durch Akros im Jahr 2007 und die italienische Danieli-Gruppe im Jahr 2012 wurde Henschel vollständig in die Danieli Centro Recycling-Sparte integriert. Heute zählt Danieli Henschel zu den führenden Herstellern von Maschinen für die Schrottverarbeitung und das Recycling von Eisen- und Nichteisenmetallen weltweit.

Scrap shears

Developed for continuous operation under the toughest conditions, scrap shears from Danieli Henschel are characterised by safety, reliability and high operating efficiency. They can be divided into the following types:

Press wing shears
- CIV series - With cutting forces from 800 to 1250 tonnes, ideal for processing light to medium-heavy scrap types.
- CIC series - Compact, semi-automatic press wing shears for small to medium scrap quantities - ideal where space is limited and for flexible applications.
Side pressure shears
- CIB series - For heavy and bulky scrap materials, with cutting forces of 1000 to 1600 tonnes and a processing capacity of up to 100 tonnes per hour.
- SV series (formerly Henschel) - Proven series of side press shears from the Kassel era. Renowned for their durability, easy maintenance and versatility. Still in frequent use today.
Inclined shears (diagonal cutting technology)
- DIS series - With cutting forces from 1400 to 2400 tonnes, particularly suitable for long scrap material, sectional steel and applications with high compaction requirements.
