Danieli Henschel offers a comprehensive range of high-performance shredding systems for ferrous and non-ferrous scrap - from pre-shredding to fine classification:

• DCR series (shredder systems) - high-performance shredders for processing steel and mixed scrap. Available in various sizes from 600 to over 7000 kW drive power.

• BMH series (vertical grinders) - Vertical rotor shredders for the production of particularly dense "cooling scrap" fractions, ideal for foundries and smelting plants.

• ZDS/ZTS series - Compact shredder systems for small and medium volume flows - also ideal as a secondary shredder after pre-shredding or classification.

• NF series - Shredding solutions specially developed for non-ferrous metals - optimised for aluminium, copper, zinc and other light metals.

• Lynx series - Danieli Centro Recycling's own line, which stands for particularly high energy efficiency, compactness and ease of maintenance. Available in various performance levels for different throughput requirements.

• Pre-shredder (pre-mixer) - Robust pre-shredders to reduce the risk of deflagration and increase efficiency in the main shredding process.
